I've always wanted an E30 with the old 12V 535 engine in, and while most people seem to think they heavy sluggish piles of poo, I like em.

And they got way way more potential than people think. Here's one that runs 8sec 1/4s, and has 3 turbos!

ok, that setup looks bollocks, but have you ever owned a m30?

My 335 e30 was a lousy ass car, actually is a bit dissapointed regarding m30.
I will say as you write: old heavy sluggish engines, but solid (except from breaking rocker arms ) and dont like rpm at all.

They definately needs a turbo or three

Also, I have a M30B34 turbo that you would love! (10:1 compression!)
