oh man yeah when he went onto the dirt and it looked like his front end was going to smash into the wall mid-drift I was like :eek: :eek: :wack: !! We all gave a big cheer when he came out good! And I'll bet trying to get the photos was hard work - virtually no light and lots of speed = tricky to say the least, lol!
 
I have video footage of him not only dirt dropping the outside of the track (and pebble dashing everyone) but the INSIDE... on the same run.

Also, Daze caught it on my cam, the KP flicking into Matt House, stealing his line to face the wrong way. Seeing it.... it's crazy. Like, suicidal crazy!

Can't even describe how god damn fast that KP & the Escort were going. Was cool watching the big power cars do some runs, then these 2 little bastards nailing it every time at warp 9.

Seriously, the drivers of both cars must have huge testicles.

I heard a rumor that the guys in the starlet and escort had escaped from the mentalhospital just to attend awesomefest :-)
They are heroes for sure
 
The night drifting was without doubt the coolest fucking car thing I've ever seen.

Glowing brake disks and all sorts, and that sort of speed/commitment into Gerrards in the pitch black was fucking mental.

escort guy was freakin awesome but a bit inconsistent - imo the ultimate drift round gerrards is running that line ^ every time with the same speed and angle as the outside line. i've barely managed it by accident and pretty much shit myself trying to keep my foot in. when the esky was hitting the grass it seemed like an accident, but having said that he kept it pinned and made me do a bit of sexwee :worthy:
 
Matey in the Escort was hitting it everytime, I reckon he could have run that line with his eyes shut! He ran the same lines in the dark ffs!
 
That was Terry in the Escort and Andy in the KP. Both built on a budget and doing just as well, if not better than the big money cars with 3-4x more power :smokin:
