Kleine update :

Vandaag op afspraak bij jonne geweest (Sky-engineering) en ben daar super behandeld als klant zijnde, goede info, prijzen, en natuurlijk ook leuk gewerkt aan me sky, plaatsing Nismo Super Coppermix clutch kit.

Cleaning the leather or looking for a new one, also got a Greddy turbo timer :

Nice clean rubber for shifter, only now i'm repainting the plate that holds down the rubber :

Splitfire Coilpacks are in, only need a good set of sparksplugs X7 and coilpacks bracket chrome, and then everything of ignition will be build in :

Waterpump OEM, New fuel filter, and Greddy sports oilfilter,
today did a oil change with Racing 10W60 full synthetic, oilfilter en fuel filter,

New coilpack mounting bracket in CHROME, ooowww ya, sexy , and all bolts new :

Kleine update :

De uitlaat raakt alleen als hij warm is, maak dat mee,
als hij koud is geen last van, dus het rammelen van uitlaat even oplossen :

New Powerflex rubbers and gaskets for exhaust, as the gaskets are not 3" :

next update will be :

HKS timing belt,
OEM new waterpomp,
HKS camwheels,

also do camseal replacement :

new rubber needed for servo, i like best the OEM instead of the universal junk.

today noticed my upper radiator tube is leaking a little bit, a little hole in it, so we look for a solution, found it :

oh no, it doesn't fit, it's for RB26, so we make it fit the RB20, a nice custom piece :

Greddy aluminium radiator hardpipe :

the new made piece for RB20 and the removed part :

first clean up, need some polishing tomorrow, and then installing :

next week the RB20 backplate removing for installing the RB26 backplate, to fit in future a Nitto clear cover and the use of the vacuum pipes will have an advantage when upgrading to another intake manifold

Greddy adjusted pipe is installed, was needed because stock tube was leaking, pic is not so good because it's getting dark here,

but it's a perfect fit :

Finished as a Fuse-box cover, and some red acryl under it :

Mines has triple flow baffles plates for RB26, not for RB20/RB25,

so i make my own triple flow plates :

the beginning, the new holes in the back you can see to, and made today the small plates :

the old ventilation holes will be welded closed, so they never existed there :

Today some work on the Apexi boost controller Black Edition, installed in dash, first cables are ready to go,
tomorrow some soldering on ECU and finish off with nice shrink.

This is the beginning to install later on FMIC, MAP sensor and HKS F-con etc.....

pics don't do the parts any good, will make better ones when there's more light

Apexi boost controller is build in and fully working, now running 0,8 bar without problems, nice and smoot, next week loocking for 0,85bar and then see for a dyno run to test it how much power it has :
