the pretty common idle-drop problem sr20det

I've got some interesting info since my night in the garage.. was looking over som earths and looked over some shit and then i looked att the ****ing iacv.. then i pulled the contact to the aac ( the brown one ) and my idle went down to 800-850 as it's supposed to be at, has had problems with getting it below 1000-1050.. and when i plug it back in the idle raises back to 1000-1050.. wierd shit, so now im thinking that maybe the other iacv was shit too, suggestions and ideas please?
 
Im still running the t28 with a apexi filter, fmic, stage 1 h-dev, 3 inch exhaust and so, i know a friend had to do it when getting stage 3 kit and a z32 maf but never heard anyone having to do it on stock shit?
