I can vouch for Damo too, with the work etc that he's usually doing i doubt he'd bother trying to save 18 quid mate..
If i were you i'd get a copy of the signiture, would save a lot of trouble. I'm not taking sides here but, i've dealt with Damo a lot over the last year and cant see him doing this..
Could be a misunderstanding somewhere, it wouldnt have hurt to look into it mate.

For me personally, I don't know Damo so it wouldn't matter but I'll take your word. I'm definitely not trying to screw anybody out of money, £18 is nothing. It's the fact that the game was sent via a tracked courier service and it shows that O'Neill signed for this. We have ALOT of arseholes at work trying to get away with items + their cashback and charge backs and as I don't personally know the dude, I have to go by what others are saying.

Saying that.. it's £18 and hasn't been on the biggest priority of things to sort out, the cars and getting myself back on track has been the priority. Now Damo, it has been a long time and I'm sure you're very pissed off, and it will be sorted. However if you continue to slate me on here and can't see my side of the arguement that YOUR surname signed for it (still waiting on POD from DHL, surely they can supply you with this, it did go to your address????) then you're just an asshole. Different people handle situations differently and the attitude really isn't help dude. I AM trying to sort things, but work is busy at the mo aswell as my life in general with buying and selling cars, sorting insurance etc and debt.

To let you know Damo, I am in the process of refunding you, however I don't get paid until tomorrow, then have to transfer the money from my account into my PayPal (3-5 days). If you want to PM my your bank number and sort code, I can happily transfer it online directly to you. A claim will be raised again DHL for this.

Lastly, this whole "£18 rep" yes I am new here, but I don't get the whole rep thing, however I do look to some people for guidance etc, by why the hell would I want to be on here if I receive messeges and slating such as this here on Driftworks? I had an EK Civic and now an EG Civic after ramming the S13 into a tree and have gone back to Civiclife and a personal PM was all it took if buying/selling went shit-ups, not "THIS TWAT IS A LYING TOSSER".. It doesn't help anybody dude

Hope this clears up some stuff anyway, we'll see.

Yes it's a trivial amount but what you have to understand is driftworks isn't eBay. It's a tightly knit community of people who are on the same level. One we thing do not do is knock one another. And if one person gets knocked it affects the whole vibe on here. Especially with newbies.

The only thing I was pissed off about is that I was called a lier, tosser, wanker, thief etc. and messing people around isn't something I enjoy or get a kick out of at all.

Anyway dude, I feel I said everything I needed to say in my uber-essay and have no more words on the issue.

Tried calling 0845 3459755 but after being on hold for 10 minutes I hung up.... have now sent a query through the website.

If that fails it will be an email to the MD.

I think that phil should consider blacklisting certain email address on the website... ie people that rip other people off. Just like the guy who fucked him over on the seats.

I'm assuming your mothers or yourself's. DHL are saying you signed for it (I'm assuming this is from DW) so I need signitures of anyone in the household at your address with your surname if that makes sense.

I've been busy and forgot about it dude, not been on driftworks for god knows how long, not really had the time to sit down.

this whole saga is unreal tbh, its £18 ffs, just refund the money for christs sake. Damo dosent scam, he seems a top bloke so just pay up :mad:
