Zillalife S15

Just a tidy up for this years season.

Current plans are

Re paint Cabin and engine bay.
Stone Chip under body.
Powder coat subframes and arms etc.
Wire Tuck in engine bay.
New Gussets on cage A / B Pillars.
Battery in to the car Dry Fuel Cell.
New oil cooler - old one cracked.
New Coil overs, New Knuckles front and rear.
Relocate steering rack 20mm
New exterior wrap.

Old panel has been replaced LH and RH due to rust and the fact that ive previosly attacked them with a hole saw.

Seem sealer then paint to add :)

Spent the entire weekend sanding the shell!!!

Now i get why painting costs so much in labour lol










 
So after a long sunday the,

Engine Bay
Cabin
Boot
Under floor

Is ready for paint! Cant wait to start putting it back together when its back from paint.







 
Haha yea! i had that message off garage 21 lol

So,

Front frame has been modified and braced / stitch welded. Dan Joyce (friend of mine) moved the steering rack mounts forward 25/30mm (cant remember ill have to measure haha). I then had the frame strengthened. Its now been dropped off for paint.











 
Im well over budget and im more than likely going to go into the gravel first event haha! new paint curse! But im not planning on selling this for a while so least i know it wont rust for a long time :)

So happy! Finally making good progress

Car has been base coated white inside and underneath. Just waiting for the engine bay to get glittered today.

I now have 22 days to complete this build before final boss!! got all of the parts at the unit waiting to go so its doable! Going to be busy
