are ca's really that unreliable?

i have had 6 ca's and have all failed for one reason or anther and i have had 5 sr's and 3 of em the big ends died, 1 died due to blocked oil spaire bars and the last one died due to running to high hp and the 3rd pot liner split so there you have it both the sr and ca are shit!!! thats was all in my s13 which i have sold. now have an s14 which im having a fully forged sr built for
