Trying to keep this balanced. If this Carson chap didn’t want the bad publicity, I would suggest it prudent not to abuse his customers car. This was entirely avoidable.
He deemed fit to have this monky fella come over and bang his car off the limiter (which is NEVER good on a rotary) all for the sake of some insta and YouTube likes. And now isn’t happy to be getting negative publicity via those same mediums. The phrase you live by the sword, die by the sword comes to mind

who cares if he posts about about his gripes on social media, it was done to get a response from Carson and I’m sure if he keeps doing it he will. Fuck it, I’m going to post on everything Carson and monkey London posts linking back to this thread.
You clearly work with them so obviously going to defend them, but when there video evidence and a shady reaction (deleting the video and removing Facebook reviews) he doesn’t really have a leg to stand on.
Rx7 Fb, Id try to contact Carson and sort it out amicably as it’s the easiest option. But if not take them to court, I have taken a “tuner” to court after they fucked yo a job on my car resulting in my engine blowing. I won the case and got a lot of compo from the garage. If you need and help or advice on doing this feel free to contact me and I will do my best.
persistently trying to contact them and posting on their social media is a good start tho as it shows you’re trying to sort the situation out.

I won’t argue with you lozzy over this. I have copied and pasted my review to drift works, google reviews, Mazda Rotary club.
Trying to inform people so they don’t make the same mistake of going to Simon as I did.
Plus he can’t delete these ones.
Actually Lozzy that was in reply to someone else that had a bad experience with Carson. If that person had put his review up then the chances are this car wouldn't have been taken to Carson in the first place! So this is why its important to leave reviews.
EDIT: Also he had a similar problem of not liking the way Simon drove his car. Showing a pattern now.

Facebook? Carson removed the option to review the moment the owner posted a negative review! So was posted on google. The review was posted on both Monky london vids that had his car in it only (and they were deleted and the main video removed). People have a right to review a company based on evidence...

I think that's perfectly fine, especially given how the situation has been handled so far (no contact from Carson thus far, disabling reviews, videos being unlisted...)

People are allowed to comment what ever they want on public facebook, youtube and instagram posts. theyre hiding from this by removing vids and deleting reviews, commenting is a proven method of getting attention when businesses are hiding from bad publicity

mr rx7 hasnt given carson performance the chance to fix the still underlying fault he did offer you and i both know that you refused
mr rx7 is continuing to go well out of his way to tell everyone about his complaint but not giving the garage chance to fix it or rectify it and getting his mates to jump on the bandwagon and leave fake reviews to sabotage carson performance deliberately which i dont agree with

Lozzy is fairness your sticking up for your friends but your not really helping them. The fact of the matter is Carson was completely wrong to do what he did irrespective of actually repairing the car. If he did a great job and the OP was posting everywhere how great the experience was then nobody would have an issue, but he had a terrible experience and wants to save others from the same.
This whole thing might actually be a blessing in disguise and make Carson more professional and better as a whole, realistically if he came out and apologized and agreed to pay for any damage potentially caused or refund for work done and started respecting people’s pride and joys and treating them the way you’d expect then I’m sure everyone could move on.

Who is Mr Rx7?
There is no one on my thread called that on Mazda Rotary club.
Plus I was a member before I even took my car to Carson Performance.
Of course I refused. Would you give your car back to that company after all of things that has happened in the review.
Plus he wanted to fit smaller radiator next. I know that isn’t the problem.
Like I said my car is at a rotary specialist at the moment. I Will let you all know the issue of why the engine is not getting up to temperature.

Lozzy honestly how would you feel if you was this guy in question seeing your pride and joy blasted up the road and put on YouTube without consent?? We put our trust in these guys to be professional because they are a specialist company not some back street garage run by ex joyriding crims still on tag.
All the guy is doing is warning us and sharing his experience as I’m sure we have all had a bad experience ourselves mine being garage 21.
