Driftworks GeoMaster Hub Knuckles

Do those bump stops on the blue front lower arms get in the way of uber lock or are they ok?

I expect you know but the offset rack bit should be facing forward?

Probably yes but they are fabricated so I can take of them to make the bump stop as I want. about 6-7 small plates if you see that.

Yes I know the offset rackspacers should be facing forward, I had to cut out some new holes in the rack today to make them fit corretly, hope it will work fine.

MY SPL V5 rods seems to be too long now actually :euge:
Not 100% sure before I get the left hub from DW yet. They are to nice to cut

Turns out Christian's car has a rack design that we've not seen yet, he's going to cut some new 'slots' in the end of the rack to align the spacers correctly! Long term, we're manufacturing a second batch of offset spacers for the other rack design.

Did you use the SPL Rod ends with the 350Z rods?? If you're using with normal rods, they will be too long. But don't cut the rod ends if you can avoid it! Cut the rods if there's enough thread! If you need, we have some Tein 350Z tie rods in stock!

I use the SPL rods with Tein S14 inner rods not 350Z. As these compo was the correct solution to use with the MA-M nuckle modification.
Tein 350Z inner or outer rods you speaking of? and how much shorter are they?

Inner tie rods, our knuckles with the offset rack spacers are designed to work with STOCK length tie rods and ends, SPL parts tie rod ends are stock length when used with 350Z tie rods. :)

Quite a lot shorter, I'll measure in a bit. And I mean 350Z inner. Read the SPL parts website, it explains it! :)

Just remove the lockstops. I did and the trackrod end stops against the lower arm.

cut the long nut things 4mm or so shorter (to account for removing the bumpstop) if you don't they won't clamp tight.

It just start to get close to overcentre but is fine with the rack moved forward

Got to test these hubs and rack spacers on track yesterday, results were better than I could imagine, suspension worked perfectly, incredible lock with no over center:dw:
Big thanks to Wez and Alan at WKD for awsome suspension setup:thumbs:

Do you have some picture of your setup and alignment setup numbers?

Sorry I dont have any photos, Im using ikeya formula front wishbones extended nearly 25mm each side, Front 3.5 camber 7.7 castor and toed in a fraction. Wishbones are 100% level front and back. I have apexi N1 coilovers which would not go high enough on rear so I made 2 spacers for top of coilovers to rais height by 10mm. car is still very low, but no option only new coilovers, so I will leave this height. I also had to make spacers for rear brake calliper brackets as they were hitting disc, no big deal. The results were amazing, full suspension travel, and could throw the car 90deg to track on entry and carry it all the way and still manage to have some lock spare. Had to do some :smash: to arches to allow wheel travel.

hi i have the four arm dw kit and coils and im want to get more angle is the knuckles the right way to go? and if so how many dergrees can i get?

Hi All, I've been using this kit for a while now (7-8 months I think), and through that time I had a few track events, canyon runs, and I've been daily driving the car. I must say these knuckles make a world of a difference. The adjustment in roll center dramatically increases the corner holding ability of the car TREMENDOUSLY. Aside from running stickier tires, these will add much more grip. There's significantly less roll and I enjoy the faster steering ratio (easier/faster to countersteer). I can't stop raving bout the increase the knuckles add with the knuckles alone.

Now some negatives. The bushings that came with the knuckles were sub-par. I removed them and had custom sphericals installed. The front spindle axle needed a bit of sanding to have the front hub fit (no biggie). My rear shocks needed to be lengthened bout 2 inches to compensate for the shock mount drop (this shouldn't be a problem for most, but something to keep in mind if you're running non-adjustable rear shock perch). There were no preconditions for ebrakes to be installed with the z32 ebrake. So everywhere I go I put it in gear. Luckily I had zero problems with it ever rolling back, but it would be great if this was ever implemented. The rear spindles required a bit of sanding to fit the rear hub.

In my opinion, if you're willing to get the most out of your car these are definitely worth looking into. I think there push the chassis to the limit. If you're using the 240 as a daily driver or just for show These might not be for you.

Car's weight bout 3300lbs (ls1 v8, all interior, etc), spring rates at 8kg and 7kg f/r, aftermarket arms etc.

Not much roll pushing this corner bout .8-.9 Gs at fontana raceway through the back chicane.

Do sphericals

And do front and rears seperate

Would you consider selling just the rears if I paid upfront on special order?
