It may be soft as standard but its purely a road car and I dont want to go much stiffer, dont mind a bit but not much. Ive been in one that has the HSD's on with the std springs and it was a bit much for me, its not a complaint but the owner himself of that car has switched to softer springs now aswell.

Main reason for wanting this kit is my standard dampers are getting very noisy now and need replacing, plus I need the height adjustability of coilovers plus the owner I know is very happy with the coilovers themselves and the service you have provided.

I wouldn't buy coilovers on that premise, doesn't sound like they are for you :)
If you don't want to go softer than the stock setup, you won't be at all happy with coilovers, they are SO soft as standard!

did have a little ride on a mate jzx100 with HSD over week end. it is just like lowering spring feeling when he set to soft. this is the reason i ask for stiffer spring rate.

I dont mind going stiffer than stock just providing its not daft hard, as say had a ride in a car with them on so know what to expect at the worst, with the softer springs they will be tolerable and am phyiscally going to need height adjustability shortly so not got much choice!

Dont worry im not going to buy them then go around complaining they are far too hard and spoil the car, know what im getting into :)

Excuse me but I'd like to ask how long after the 24th we have to complete the purchase? I asked yesterday at 10 to 9 in the evening but I thought it was unreasonable that you didn't answer me during the night so I thought I'd ask again.

So, they were comfortable set to full soft, but you want stiffer?
Did you try changing the damping to make them firmer?

We have made them slightly firmer for the latest revision, they are now 15/8.

No problem, 22nd December.

Does this offer apply to an e36 full coilover setup ( ie including rear coilovers ) ( and custom spring rates ) If so I can pay the deposit right now

No, it includes the E36 kit which is uses the stock inboard spring setup.

Thanks, Kam :)

You can find the full specification here.

No, you're asking for something we don't stock I'm afraid, it would have to be a full on custom order for a coilover rear and also for custom rates since the E36 M3 uses it's own specific spring design.

Just like to point out that on the softest setting on my JZX100 they are really nice and comfy, smooth, not crashy, but with the damping set to hard it makes a hell of a difference to the feeling of 'stiffness'. I accidently left them on full hard on my way back from a track day a few weeks back, and had to pull over as the bumps and oscilations in the motorway were making me feel nauseus. :wack: Oh and also, with these on the car I was only 0.5 seconds slower around a 1min 10sec course than a mate in his VX220 at Curbourough.

Just wanted to check, I saw that you said people could pay the full amount early, then have the difference refunded back to them after the 24th, just wondered how exactly would someone go about doing that?

I'm deffo down for a set, just sorting the payment out :)
