So, they were comfortable set to full soft, but you want stiffer?
Did you try changing the damping to make them firmer?

We have made them slightly firmer for the latest revision, they are now 15/8.

yes, its really comfor.
no we did not try the most stiff setting, not enough time. maybe try this week.
but the detail you just gave me is what i am looking.
well must try to sort out some money now.
