Introduce yourself here :)

Hi all,
Laura Calvert :). iv been wanting to learn to drift for about 3 years and have finally had enough with the sarcastic comments from some people I know, iv put my foot down and now looking to get started. I'm 20 years old. Any help with what cars are best and how to go about starting off would more than appreciated. I'm a little lost on what requirements are needed for trailers and also insurance and drift licenses, please please lend a hand with some info and some of your intelligence on drifting. Many thanks

Hi all, new to the scene. I love jap cars or anything rear wheel drive. I'm on the lookout for a cheap project car to get started and learn how to drift and I'd like to share it all once I get things going.

Hi guys, names Michael from Glasgow. Just bought a 2000 TT6 Supra that's recently arrived in the UK. Can't wait to get me hands on it!

Hey I'm Jonny recently brought an s12 with an sr20det half fitted plan to get it all sorted and get some seat time! Previously had an e36 which was great fun

Hi. I'm from Los Angeles, California. Join this forum cause I have an R32 GTS shell and driving myself nuts not being able to figure out what motor to put. I don't plan to drift just drive it around town, beach etc. If I can register it,lol. I was thinking about 1uz,RB20,SR or KA. I want 260-300 reliable HP. Any advice would be appreciated through PM so we don't clog up thread, thanx.

Hi

Names Neil in case it wasn't obvious from my username

I've browsed driftworks a lot, mainly classifieds. I'm 25 and live in the East Midlands area. Seen a nice PS13 locally that i absolutely love, but there's no way i'd afford one as a daily!

Hey everybody I'm Tony from Lebanon, been into underground drifting for like 9 years driving and learning on RWDs and FWDs (FWD is "meh" but e-braking long turns and downhills during the hard winter here can teach you a lot and help build up perspective that can be used while drifting the RWDs)

My current ride is the SLK32 2004 AMG, with 350hp-450nm, which I'll be selling soon to fund and build my first project car, in order to participate in some events and hopefully pursue this passion professionally.

Driftworks has been one of my information resources for ages, learning most of what i know from build threads, so i gotta thank all of you folks for that, keep it up.

Hey guyz.
