Just for information and clarification purposes, should anybody feel inclined to fund the individual in questions lifestyle through sponsorship/loans etc.

The case regarding the RX7 eventually went to court THIS YEAR (make of his previous bullshit what you will) and the judge made a clear cut judgement in my favour, HE has been ordered to pay me £23,749.

Unsurprisingly he didn't pay up so an application to the High Court was made, a High Court Writ was subsequently awarded. This is now with the High Court Sheriffs who last week attended his home address. Preparation for the Irish Drift Championship is important so again unsurprisingly nobody was at home.

Subsequent correspondence to the High Court Sheriffs from the individual, in response to the Enforcement Agents visit last week effectively states that Bankruptcy Proceedings are being undertaken (11th) at the County Court.

Below is some open source CCJ info available online regarding individual in question:

16/01/15 (amount: £23,749) Unsatisfied Judgement

14/12/10 (amount: £1,397) Unsatisfied Judgement

17/08/09 (amount: £2,881) Unsatisfied Judgement

Kind of a pattern forming here...

Anyway 'Dog with a bone' doesn't even come close so 'Good luck with the IDC and supporting it through that whole T.shirt printing thing'

If you get a bankruptcy judgement against his does that mean you can take his stuff, or his house?
(Is that how it works??)
