This is my mx5 iv owned it for a while now, the plan is weekend toy/drift learner car. This is the day I got it home. Gave it a clean and polish Put an offset number plate bracket on and a gv lip. Also fitted a snap off boss kit and my wooden nardi wheel Also fitted this Brought a set of cheap coilovers and lowered it put my wheels on xxr002 15 by 8 0 offset with 195/45/50 tyres on how it sits now Gave it a full service all oil n filters wielded the vlsd because it was shit! Whilst the diff was off put some poly bushes in it did japfest 2 got this and some other part it fit before my 1st drift at pod on December the 10th And that's my little car so far comment and advice welcome thanks for looking.

Never need a hydro in an MX5 in my eyes. Only time a handbrake is any use at all is on one with really bad front end grip in the wet, meaning you can't flick it hard, and then it's so wet and slippy even the stock handbrake is just fine.

Kids in school hundreds of miles from where I live probably aren't the best ones to get info from. Nor is Instagram seeing as I haven't used it for best part of a year lol.

Been a lot more recent updates on here than there, and even here I rarely bother updating it.
Anyhow, lets let this guy get on with his own project thread.

De powering the powered rack is the way to go with a better ratio ect.

I done it to mine and found it a lot quicker to steer and self centre, chucked a couple of spring washers on too.
