Minty.Fresh Boosted Altezza

I can't see them either and I'm on Tapatalk too -

- well done on the Year of the Wolf video Pete it came out great, car looks epic sideways

Epic build. Many hours of my life (mostly when sat on the crapper) have been reading this beast of a thread. Some good info and some clever on the spot ideas! Looks wild in pink now too, come a bloody long way. Keep at it

Happy New Year yall!

Still my favorite shot from the video ^_^

A few more pics been popping up, mainly from Kyle

Kinda taking a break from car stuff at the moment. The lack of daylight and the miserable weather doesnt help.

Thirdwheeled at a wedding

Also bought some rear adjustable arms from Russia

Now shes just sitting outside in this lovely weather

Filip from Drift Family still surprises occasionally with some shots from Finalboss 2015

Also been keeping myself busy with the daily a little.

Kinda took the turd from this

To this

Altezza work will resume soon

I dont find speedbumps to be a problem at all in the mx5, i just drive over them. My garage ramp is one massive speedbump in a way and I just drive up onto it, the bumper and lip just flex and nothing more. Rear skin is bomex.

Hmm, might just have been since my front bumper didn't have so much reinforcement. There's a lot of speedbumps on the way up to my missus and into work too. Maybe put a new lip on it for selling it.

Looks good anywho :)

Looks good dude.
Random question, can you remember where you got your rack spacers from and what size they are?
Also when you first put your HSDs on and the fronts didn't go low enough, how did you address that?
Just put HSDs on my is200 with them wound all the way down, and the rear is tucking some 17x10s, but the front is still way high compared...
Cheers!

I think im running 5mm rack spacers, cant remember where from though, they were custom made at that time.

I run RCA's on the front, which add extra lows. But at the moment I run about 30mm spring droop on the rear because the cup adjustment is maxed.

Pulled my finger out, braved the cold and ventured outside last weekend to make some progress.

Charged the battery up and fired her up for the first time this year.

A bit neglected

Undressed and driven up the kerb

Being an import, all bolts came out with almost zero effort. Arms were on pretty quick

Front suspension is next on the list along with slight modification to the lock setup.

does your exhaust have any silencers at all?

curious as I need a new exhaust for the JZ46 and I am thinking shotguns for the rear
