Northern Drift Championship round 2 May 6-7

Just relised this is on a Sunday and Monday.. not Saturday Sunday.. :/ At the moment I cant go to this now. Balls!

Someone else has taken a days holiday :( With the shift pattern im on only one person can be off on days holiday at a time. He took the whole week off, and im working today for him.. so iv texted him. There is a woman who is if days off that day, she wont be in until like half 1 today.. I can ask her but iv been told she has made plans already.. Ugh drama.

ha ha ha only if they found out

and im sure you can just explain the situation with the folks at your work and work something out if your work wont help just tell them well im not gonna be in on the monday so its up too them too sort it

Drama over - I asked the person on Days off and she said she'll double check but should be sound - Im in.

there is a tyre van booked for this event.

Due to massive amounts of restrictions being put on me I can no longer offer one off practice days other than NDC practice time.
The question I want to ask everybody competing in NDC is would you mind sharing your practice times with non competing drifters as its the only way I can offer them any track time ?
My thinking is if I can open both tracks for longer you would get the same amount of seat time as you would expect.
Please let me know your thoughts on this .

right ive aired my thoughts about this on fb but basically its a competition thats availible too people of any skill level that gets you 2 days drifting for 120 quid people get involved

Hi Jen, when you open this up to drifters who didn't make round 1, how will we need to apply/register? Will it be a form on the NDC site or will it just be a case of a list on here?

The Hat - I see your point but surely whether the drifters enter or not you will be getting the same track time just less people to compete against, either way would make no difference to us who are actually entering the competition. I'm a cocky ba*tard and am entering after only a couple of drift days but some people might want to practice first and get into the feel of it.

If 25 competitors turn up again, plus 10 non competitors just for a practice day, thats 35 ppl on track. Track time would be dramatically reduced with long queues. Only way to do it would be on the competition day, where competitors use National and non competitors can use West track.

My car is just about sorted just need to stock up on some drift rubber.
Is the website sorted now to get the reg form? Haven't had a chance to check and I'm on my phone right now so no proper Internet

Think its gonna be another week before entry forms are avail for those who didn't compete in RD 1.
