Started to adress some of the issues I’we noticed when thrashing this thing…

like getting to hot…

and also my old shed build ae86 fan that chewed through the old radiator…

So fitting a new all aluminum cross flow, Dual Pass, tripple core radiator and Oil cooler with thermostat to keep everything cool…

The problem being that the old radiator was clogged up, and not with a Big enough core for the 2t-g engine that was put in it…

There might be some cutting involved as the new radiator is pretty massive due to having the tanks on the sides, and using the full top to bottom space for core.. but I’ll have to see…

Anything Else coolingwise I should look at now its apart..?

themostat changed, engine cooling system flushed, freeze plugs changed, and heater core flushed already.

Had some free time finally, to get the dragon back up and running.

Got the new radiator and cooler setup done and tested it pretty hard… works Well… sofar.
Not a single degree above thermostat temp. But pretty cold outside, so will have to wait a month or two for the final verdict.

If its happy, I Can move on to the dash… the gauges never really worked since I tore out the ugly f&f style aftermarket gauges…

also the diff is still Soooo whiny, I Think I have to fork up for a new set of crown and pinion gears..

The 2024 livery comming along nicely…

now it’s down to the last details, getting my gauges working in the dash, and making the last pieces of interior…

almost there.
