Nope, proper suspension companies will make you any rate and size you want and most do a range of off the shelf rates and sizes. I'm sure DW could get you different lengths if you asked nicely, i'd say they just sell generic size and rate springs with their kits because most people haven't got a clue.

People should try Gaz for springs, they are tip top

cutting the springs is an option but sometimes looks mean fuck all, if u want traction u need the suspension to be able to move and work no sit rigid that sucks!!!
