good effort but not to everyones taste.
zausts are rofl-class tho.
 
He didnt post pics of the hatch on Fatlace; obviously insecure from the abuse the other forums gave him :D.

I think once i have a tow/trailer combo sorted and dont need to throw tyres in the back.. ill either lexan the hatch or truck it....

but then i get all the 'cars sillhuete' bollox with BDC. :s
 
Ahhhh man, dont truck it!!!!! They look shit, only truackasarus looks good but thats only because it shit in a metal cool way.

Lexan maybe but why bother, the glass isn`t that heavy. Its a pointless mod when you could do other stuff.

That glass is pretty heavy, I just did a lexan rear window on an FC and now when you pop the boot lid the thing opens fully in about half a second !.It barely lifted before.

Not the easiest of windows to do but well worth spending some time doing right instead of that truck effort above.

trucksaurus is fine because it is galacticly out there.. but to be honest. if you wanna ute yer FC that bad.. unbolt the rear hatch and just throw it in the bin.

or not because it's a dumb idea anyways. FC is a tasty shape as is.
 
For some reason this brown FC reminds me of a chocolate bar. I don't like it, but it definetely stands out among the S-body crowd.

By the way Eric, did that FC have a rear window wiper? My mate once told me that an unheated NA rear window without the wiper is much lighter than the TurboII window. It could be a cheap alternative to a lexan window I guess.

Im pretty sure it did have a rear wiper, its a jdm turbo 2.Im only learning about these FC's so I've no idea what the differences between models are, I do know I want a rag top one for the road though, miiiint !.

I'll get some pics together of my birds one that Im building at the moment, pics of the rear window anyway.
