hehe, thx man. This touge will have professional live broadcast with slow mo, helipod footage, replays and stuff like that so I'm sure we'll be able to enjoy it. Ohhhh and it'll have English commentary so that why I posted it here.

I understand that performance is the key for these cars, function over form etc., but fuck me they are ugly.

yep, its all go, no show in here :D There is quiet a big stance movement ova here but not in motorsports :D but then again, I'm not sure what ya dislike in them so much, since your comment has no objective reasoning. Whats ugly to you, might not be ugly to others. If you can elaborate more on what bothers you so much with the cars looks, I might be able to explain more. But ya ... go ask a Polish drifter about "looks" :D:D good joke :] go ask him about nitrus, LS7 or 2JZ GTE instead. Those E30 from PUZ are probably the best drift made E30s on teh planet.

I won't go into debate about tastes because it's all subjective and shit, but fuck me.

I already said that you dudes can build some good engineered cars, I just fail to see their beauty.
 
That looks absoloutly dangerous ! There are going to be some smashed up spectators if shit goes wrong . Love it
 
WOW ... I think there is quiet a big difference between a British drifter and a Polish drifter :D see, we watch drifting for thrills and excitement. Not to see hella flush slow cars sort of drifting around a pavement parking lot. Those pics you posted are totally irrelevant. Those cars might be drifted by 20 year olds on parking lots but they are not world class winning cars. Yeah, they look good but there are no "stance" winning cars. Look at FD, f**k man, even look at D1 in Japan. Where da f**k Orido has a stance like the one you showed in pics. There is a huge difference between hard parking your car and building a car that will win world class events. Maybe Mad Mike has an awesome ride but there is no such budget in here yet. You get free live touge and yet you bi*** about the looks of cars that those drifters build themselfs and put all their energy and $$ into. Once you drift better then that in your super duper stance pos, then you can complain :]

Thats why you don't spend $$ on your 20' rims with spinners as in real world ... they get smashed during the event:

I used to be about stance and show, but as I've spend so long in this scene I've grown and decided its not about looks if you want the car to perform well... Correct it is possible to make a race car look beautiful and to me the majority to me do look beautiful but function over form wins for me hands down now and I just want to add, most of the time function over form ends up looking awesome anyway :thumbs:

The polish drift guys are smashing it at the moment and that's where it at in my opinion. There enjoying what there doing and doing it big!
