Finally got time to update this after norfolk
Right, so took the car to norfolk on the 9th. Got there bright and early and had the car unloaded before most people got there.
Spent the first hour ish, watching othe people and cacking my pants about what was going to happen.
So finally took the car out in the B group to test it out, went out for the first run with every intention of just driving it around and seeing how it went and felt. So after 1 lap of driving i ended up skidding the rest.
I felt so confident with the car, it felt so resposive and strong, i just went for it. And that was the start of an amazing day... car held up really well, Only had to re fix one boost pipe all day.
i cant Thank Ian (mr2) enough for all his hard work building this car, his work is top quality and obviously he knows his stuff because between us we have built a truely AMAZING drift car.!
So both Ian and My brother gary (gary200) drove the car on saturday and showed what the car was capable of! And both of them said how well it was set up and how resposive it was..
All i need to do is to get a a pair of wider (8,5jj+) wheels and some grippy tyres for the front as it had a little understeer, but nothing major.
So i am Now the happiest person EVER! Lol
Thanks To Ian, and everyone who helped me out. Saturday was well worth the wait. Roll on the next one!
Here are some pics of the beast in action! ( when they upload to photobucket
)
