i hope bon bon gets a real engine not a crappy SR. however if he is on a last resort and no M power solution is at hand then god will forgive him for molesting a japanese engine over a few months of competitions im sure.

people seem to forget, bon bon hasnt run out of M engines. but that money doesnt go on trees. and an sr isnt a whole shitload cheaper plus then you have to fit it and make it work etc.

king od stupid ideas. really he'd be better off finding a tree that does grow money and buy another M3 lump. and if not that. another bmw engine that isnt as highly stressed as a s50.

so less of the magic money ideas, cos that doesnt really help him ;)

If SR means it lasts longer then it may be the only way. Like everyone else says - you have muchos wheel twirling skills so dont give up.

Nick i suggest you read the whole thread!!!!!

Ppl are offering engines of the SR and CA type and if youve got the nkow how fitting and making them run isnt a problem nor will u need a shed load of cash!

Well you dont need that with a 4AGE! Im ramp the living shit out of mine (and all the other 4AGE's ive owned) and never had an issue! Everyday and every gear i hit the limiter, and the car has got 137k on it, with only a head gasket ever gone about 10 years ago!

i have read the whole thread retard. it still requires money. how the fuck will an sr that isnt the same power as standard be a better option. sure its very kind of people/phil? to offer to let him have the sr and pay him later in the year. but its still money. still money bon bon doesnt have. so i stick with the fact he'll be far better off with m3 engines. even if he has had some shit luck with them.

so how about you sit in the corner and shut up. theres a good girl :thumbs:
