Forza 3 - a Corey review Special

Well ive been playing the game for a good half day now, but not solid believe it or not....

Im pretty disapointed with it if im totally honest, ive been saying to myself ill put it on and have a good few hours play but after 15-20mins or so i feel the urge to turn it off and go do some other boring shit....as yeah its pretty boring after that long...., it maybe because im not online with it and i liked forza 2 online more then offline but i dont know......

Car selection is albeit good but nothing like what i was expecting!...maybe you unlock them as you play but the selection is pretty nafff, Loads of ferraris and porcs and exoctics tho...so you exotic fans will cum at the garage selection.... as for the old school shizzle, its pretty much the same as forza 2 with a short wheel base audi quattro and rs200 (nice)...but nothing like mk2 escorts or s13s (other then a ps13)....

Tracks, well the tracks are pretty damn good i must give them that but i get the sense of the graphics spoil the looks on the tracks, they distort them a little if that makes sense.,

Currently im level 5 with a 220bhp RWD Turbo 09 Fiesta Zetec S, it loves the kaido downhill but i cant get out of 3rd on uphill :D

If any others have the game early please share your views also as im pretty sure alot of you will be disapointed as i am....

Its either that or im just beginning to get a life :wack:
 
How the hell did you manage to get a copy early even pre orderd :(! Mine isnt here until the god damn 26th.

Ive been doing plenty reading up on the game, seems that theres plenty more and better tracks and tunning goodys to play around with :D
 
Tunning so far is good,

Credit system is pretty fucked up too.....,

A NSX GT (not race thingy majigy crap) is 900.000Cr, yet the full race version is only 450.000Cr....hmmmmm

a ferrari 250GTO is 20mil Cr lol...

I done 2 races, got 13k saved up, RWD and turbo'd my Zetec S, making money is too easy and now my car is pretty unstopable after only about 8races.....which sucks, BTW this is on Expert too
 
You should know your views on games suck corey, you made everyone believe that nfs shit was good for a breif moment when in fact it was the biggest pile of dog shit.
 
Game is availble on the web, but no possibility to play online...

I"ll wait next week but sad to hear this. Was really expecting the game.
 
nc26 raises a fair point. Your bubbling write up on NFS Shift was one of the reasons I bought it, however it was the worst game I've ever played and the only game I've ever sold from my 360 collection.

So I'm predicting FM3 will actually be awesome, and I put to you that, much like Shift, you haven't given it a proper chance before writing up on it but rather this post is to let us know you've got it early :)

You don't see games reviewers loading up the main menu, doing one race and then forming an opinion do you? :wack:

Its 100% your fault that i wasted money on that travisty of a game. :D So i'll be buying Forza with the quickness and enjoying it no doubt. Race on Jord. :D

Forza 1 was immense. Forza 2 was fantastic. Forza 3 will be outstanding. Corey sucks balls at computer games! lol.
 
true - its jsut because it is not arcade skid mode win win win any 3 year old can do it. why i like it....

cant wait to collect it next week. i finish work on the 30th of the months so plenty of time for skidding on forza...

Did you not get a freebie with the game? Most pre-orders seem to give an R8, M3 or both.
 
I'm proper looking forward to it in all honesty, The Forza demo was outstanding, yes it got boring as there were no RWD Jap Cars :( but i think it's gonna be amazing. :thumbs:
 
I feel a few long winter night being geeks on line.... This time i won't have the disadvantage of getting Forza 3 years after everyone else...

+1. Wasn't interested in Shift at all until you put up all those mint pics! Shame everything else about the game sucks. :smash:

Forza3 will be the same as every other racing sim. Mint at first until you have enough money to do anything you wish, then the races just get longer and longer...

Still gonna get it though. :wack:
