Ahh it looks so good, im horrified that my xbox just got that bloody E74 error literally 2 days before it came out :(
Anyone know anywho who is selling just a console ? :)

I'm actually gutted I'm not playing this right now. Everyone will of practiced and established themselves on the leaderboards by the time I've got it :cry:

It was indeed:p ive actually only just turned it off, its good with the controller but with the wheel its 20 times better. Now i want one of them fancy porsche wheels with a clutch pedal but £300 is abit to much for me:(
 
Anyone else not really bothering with the interior view ? The only thing NFS Shit had going for it was the cockpit view and the sense of speed, everything else though and FM3 beats round the yard with a big, pointy stick.
 
Oh also, why the hell are they already showcasing DLC when the bloody game isn't out yet? If its already been made, put it in the fucking game! Twats! I hate it when devs do that.
 
Thoughts so far - it's bloody brilliant, graphics are amazing (making me want to buy an HD telly), handling feels nice and weighty and familiar after Forza 2. Only gripes are you have to be double jointed to brake and use the clutch at the same time (hope they have an option for the drifting bits where you can shift normally but use the clutch for kicking), and the in car view pisses me off - the fact that the driver only moves his hands a tiny bit, never takes them off to shift or use the handbrake really spoil the realism for me - so bumper cam ftw.

Can't for the full game now though...
 
If you want to hotlap with any of the cars, select the car, highlight the race and press Y. At this point, you'll see the leaderboard. The top entry, above 1st place, will say "press A to start race". Highlight it and press A, and you will be able to do unlimited laps with no AI.
 
Got a 17,000 ish score there a few minutes ago, put me 81st in the world. The scoring really rewards you for big speed and big angle.

Cannot wait to get my hands on the full game.

Best demo ever.

Managed 24,137 on the drifting so far, which puts me 59th currently. I got 40th last night with only 22,000 though. Man its good fun!
