Also, while I'm angry, why can't the staff in Halfords just learn how to do thier fucking job? I tell you a car and a part I need for it, you either sell me the part of say you can't get it. Do not tell me the car I have parked outside doesn't exist, I know it exists, I've sat in it.
+1 to this. The weekend staff are usually better cos they know if the get it wrong (which is usually the case) when you come back in you can't shout at them, so at least they try. The weekday staff don't like it cos they'll be in the firing line. The problem is... Halfords don't pay enough for any useful staff to hang around for long.
