your views 2jz, 1jz or sr20det ?

1jz in an s body is awesome..... but, it took me a year of testing and developing the suspension to get it that way... now the car handle's like an sr car but with the crazy torque of a 6 cylinder.... suspension and set up is key to have a competitive 6 cylinder s-body!

i dont suppose you fancy sharing details of this setup nigel?

and cheers for the informative and well supported arguement kevy

Engine doesn't matter.
Position is kinda important
Suspension setup is everything.

Best engine = most reliable power for smallest amount of money.

Nothing wrong with RB s-bodies, but SR - R32's rule

Welcome to the forum. Here's a bit of free advice; before raising a thread that's been dead for 5 years it is in your interest to do some reading, not typing. The search button is your friend, as is your own ability to read through the many threads which are, even now, accessible from the home page with no more than 4 clicks of the mouse.

Don't be an idiot; look at the thread dates and don't ask stupid questions which have already been asked.
