You're burning oil after fitting what you describe as

a shitty ebay turbo

You don't think the two may be connected??

Anyway the PCV valve is located at the rear of the plenum, but it rarely causes issues.

A compression test to look at the rings is a good idea, obviously the car needs to run long enough to get the engine warm - is the smoke going to prevent this??

Good get it warm and then do a compression test, if the results are low drop a tiny amount of oil down each bore and retest.

*This test only really checks the compression rings, in some rare situations your compression rings can be fine but your oil control rings can be gummed up, you'll pass the compression test but continue to smoke.

Also it won't tell you much if your valve stem seals are goosed, but you gotta start somewhere and a compression test is a good start.

Guys need help!
Gonna rebuild my t25 turbo of my ca18det should i take the opportunity and change the turbo lines for better ones or leave the oem lines?

You can re-use the standard ones just fine as long as you get everything off and on in one piece. Most people buy braided lines not because they are better, but for ease of installation anyway. Also, make sure to give them a good clean while they're off to make sure the lines aren't blocked.

Thank you very much man. I was wondering of changing them to avoid problems but if they aren't the problem thats fine. Because most of the people says 89' turbo problems come because the lines, besides that the 91' come with different ones right? Or should i use 91' turbo lines instead?

As far as I know, the biggest problem is clogging in the oil feed line. The water lines are usually only changed for braided items due to them being a bit of a faff to work with.

If you're going to change then just stick braided lines in.
I've not heard the 89 lines being better than the 91 lines though?
