The purpose of this thread is very simple - to smear Julian and Severnside because that's all this chap can legally do.
He bought a car of Severnside imports when it was owned by his parents - company was in debt and he shelled the company to avoid those debts. Unfortunately as he a) wasn't the MD and B) didn't own the company Julian is in the clear (legally, if not morally) Even if A and B were true, providing it's a Limited company there is very little that you can do.
If this chap was going to issue court proceedings, he would have done it already.
Legally, Julian doesn't owe him jack -
Morally, at least we know how you treat your customers.
A quick check on companies house webchecker shows nothing of either companies, which to me would say that they were not limited companies and therefore the individual running them is directly responsible for any debts, unlike the above if it was a limited company then regardless you'd have no chance.
