The purpose of this thread is very simple - to smear Julian and Severnside because that's all this chap can legally do.

He bought a car of Severnside imports when it was owned by his parents - company was in debt and he shelled the company to avoid those debts. Unfortunately as he a) wasn't the MD and B) didn't own the company Julian is in the clear (legally, if not morally) Even if A and B were true, providing it's a Limited company there is very little that you can do.

If this chap was going to issue court proceedings, he would have done it already.

Legally, Julian doesn't owe him jack -

Morally, at least we know how you treat your customers.

A quick check on companies house webchecker shows nothing of either companies, which to me would say that they were not limited companies and therefore the individual running them is directly responsible for any debts, unlike the above if it was a limited company then regardless you'd have no chance.

The pic there is of the car that was advertised in japan, yea its mint, but the op is saying the one he got is not, so id like to see some pics of the one that was on offer.

Id like to see pic of the car landed... the OP confirmed that the car he got was the same as was advertised in Japan... He said he had images of the shoddy condition, lets see them, i already asked once.

Reference: all money going to Stephen at SKAY (ie. 'YOUR agent')....only Stephen would know that, maybe he could enlighten us, but I do recall a conversation (pretty much the one when you told me that "I'd had my chance and should have taken the car that was delivered") when you stated that you had paid Stephen £10k for the car.
Now I could be completely wrong on that fact so please correct me if I'm wrong but that woulkd make a £2500 profit sraight off, would it not?

Now all this aside, let's say for example that SEVERNSIDE were intending on giving me my refund.
Why, when this took place late '08 and SEVERNSIDE IMPORTS ceased trading June '09 (legal documents to prove this), why in that period did I not get my money back?

When SEVERNSIDE IMPORTS can afford to build and import a pro spec drift car?

If the roles were reversed, what would you do at this point??

If he wasn't clever enough to set it up as a limited company then frankly he's bang to rights and the courts will obviously rule against him

Providing all the statements presented here are true.

Remind me never to buy a car from Mitto,Seeing how he judges the car in the pics to have good bodywork,Anyone working in the trade or with any knowhow will no that you can never judge a car on pics in terms of paintwork!
You were shown already to be un-educated,Stop spouting off to protect what is already a very guilty looking mate.

My bad, it is on there as disolved on 02/2008 under Severside Motorsport Limited.

History shows name had been changed in it's history as well from Severnside Motor Sport Limted.
