small update while im waiting for the new screamer pipe and gaskets and things to come through!

right small update again! my alternator decided to die on me the otherday! and after a bit of reading on the net i decided to replace it with a new one from a nissan quest! it puts out 110-125 amps instead of the stock one at 70-80 amps! needs a bit of custom work to get it to fit but nothing to major!
Also i have just got a oil cooler kit with a mocal thermostatic sandwich plate :)
 
right all back on the road now! and the alternator was a doddle to fit :) only needed to make the top bracket for it to fit!

had to swap out the bushing from the old alternator into the new one but that just hammered out with a bar! and hammerd back in. then had to drill out the top hole aswell.

tried to fit my seats today but need the propper bride rails to fit them :( anyone got a pair they want to sell?

no worries fella. would love an r32 in future but a crappy 13 will do me for now till i get used to power goin thru rear wheels. Built a track day tigra b4. Looked like shit but with all most 300bhp a the wheels :O i more or less ass raped everything on the road :wack: got into my STANDARD 13 and spun it in the 1st week... givin it some man foot out of a bend... within :wack:
That was a year ago mind so one day i'll get there lol :thumbs:
 
lol your 13 looks nice though! im still getting used to mine too! but when my new turbo goes on with the engine build im planing its going to be mental!
 
nothing major to report as im still waiting for bits and money lol. polished up m blitz turbo and ordered one of them data cable/code reader and diagnostic tools!

got a few gaskets in today for the turbo :)

Cometic mls exhaust gasket and genuine blitz turbo and wastegate gaskets :)

nothing worth reporting atm lol! got my price for my forged engine though :) and ill hopefully be getting my new wheels very soon! so will get cracking with them and the bodywork soon! just need more funds lol how about yours?
 
Been a mixed couple of weeks lol! 1st off i had my indicator lense fell out somewhere so i gotta get some new ones sorted!

And i also had my headlights finally go nuts on me! ive had one of them always cut out while driving (classic r32 problem) so i decided to have a look at the switch and fix it! and i found out that if you take the switch out split it in half and you can get to the cams inside

and if you use a bit of wet and dry on the 2 contact circle bits and rub off all of the corrosion on both parts

you get fully working headlights once again :)

Now i have also just got myself a nice z32 afm and a blitz sus stainless filter to go with the blitz turbo

And also right now the car is down with mr chapman at garage southern style getting all 4 wheel bearings replaced :)

right update time. some good and bad news again lmao! good news is i have my z32 and blitz filter fitted now! and i also have the dw soild steering bush to go on now. and iave also trial fitted some of my new areo!

bad news is im still waiting for a new clear indicator! and also one coil pack has died on me so i have just ordered some splitfires to go in and while thats all off im going to fit my oil cooler and give it a service :)
