My RB27 Hcr32 t51r power!

yeah a 3inch dish on the rear! it would be 1 or 2 inches more if they didnt have soo much clearance for the calipers on them! got a whole 2 inch from the face of the spokes to the face of the bolt holes! silly rota lol and the fronts are even more!
 
Small update for now! hopefully very soon all the bodywork will be finished and things!!! But untill then some more parts!
Nismo engine and gearbox mounts!


And then at last a nice Trust extended 2wd sump for the rb27 engine! :)

WOOO things are starting to happen now! have just ordered a nice new set of toyo t1 sports for the rota mxr's! and in about 3 weeks some very important work will be starting on the car! :D cant wait to get cracking!!! pics will follow as soon as i can!
 
At long last i have the rubber for the new wheels! only the rears fitted atm as the fronts are still in the post!







Will sit alot lower than this as its on the jack still as the fender is on the wheel lol

Fingers crossed in 2 weeks i will be starting the major work!

Actually made a start on things today!! lol done my very 1st fender flare!
Not perfect and needs a bit of filler and paint but im happy with it :)

im being really lazy now, you still on rb20? if so, what supporting mods did you need to do to use the Mines ECU? ive got one im selling but im tempted to fit it and see what happens.. just a bit sceptical about all the 'dos and donts' on the internet.. different octanes, timing, plug gaps etc etc
 
Yeah still the rb20 at the mo. The ecu i had was mapped for stage 1. Boost up to 0.85bar. Uprated fuel pump, fmic, air filter and full exhaust and that was all. Had a kakimoto one before and that gained me 15hp and 15ft/lbs on the dyno
 
Hmm. Might take mine up to a local rollers and see what difference it makes, they should be able to tell me the afr's too so I can see if it's running lean or rich or whatever the technical term for safe/normal is lol
 
Right I did a bit more! not got much time to work on the car at the moment so its going to be a bit slow for a while!

Got some EPR fender bolts and also a new engine bolt kit to keep it looking clean under there

And then I have also bought some 2mm abs plastic which I will be using to make some new custom inner arches! As I have also put the front fenders on!

Thoughts?

I have also bought some new nismo front and rear lower arms to remove the driftworks ones to make it a bit more road friendly! but they are in the post still!
