New to drifting?

Hi there, I have had my volvo 340 for a while now and need to get the diff welded.. is there anyone in the suffolk/norfolk area that can help me out with this?

Thanks.

Thinking of buying an older miata, lowered and tuned although I don't know exactly what's been done to it yet. It's going for about 1200 CAD so even if I have to put work into it, I haven't blown a fortune on it. I've been hearing they are okay starters, just wanna confirm that from some people that really know what they are talking about. Also anyone that has drifted these cars and maybe have some tips I'd love to hear from you. It'll be a few months until the snow is gone and I can start drifting, but I've been practicing sliding my 2006 330xi in the snow and I'm not afraid to go sideways.

Hi this may seem like a bit of silly question, but what are the advantages and disadvantages to having a welded diff rather than a lsd

Hello I am new to drifting just got a 1995 camaro it's a v6 stick shift and I'm loving it I was just wondering when or if I start drifting its just going to be occasional not like a track right away so I was wondering how will that affects wheel life and I also want to know some cheap modifications for my car that will improve how it drifts and such since it is stock please pm me with the answer
Thanks in advance

Just a quick one, I have most the stuff to come drifting. But how do you refuel say at santapod? Is it a case of me bringing loads of jerry cans or can I fill there? (Car will be trailered so can't take it out to a near petrol station)

Hey all!
i'm fairly new to drifting (although i understand the theoretical side, i've only ever drifted a go-kart!) and i'm trying to get my hands on a 1985 silvia S12 1.8 ZX turbo (hatchback/coupe). what sort of price is reasonable for one that's roadworthy? i've been offered one with "under 50k on the clock, in excellent condition" but i'm skeptical, the guy wants £3000 for it. i'm not stupid enough to agree to that sale price without seeing it/test-driving/inspecting it, but is that a reasonable price if he is indeed sincere?

also, has anyone ever seen or heard of a 1985 toyota tercel AL25 (4wd 1.5 carb) drift car? (i currently drive a tercel myself and apparently they're quite rare!)
