:) You heading down with us Kev? Were going Friday afternoon I think.

No mate, we managed to cancel the room for the Friday night, so are heading down Saturday morning.
Likely leaving around 9:30 to get there easy driving around 12:30

Ah ok, well might see you there. Snapped a caliper carier bolt last night, so the chances of me getting the car ready for an MOT are no longer happening. Tried everything to get the snaped pin out.. welding, drilling, fire etc .. wont move. So, off to overton today.

If someone doesnt make it im assuming we still pay a deposit?

Mint, worst case, you can head down Saturday morning. You'll be about 3 hours away from where Kev and I will be leaving from.

Jennifer, it was me you were gabbin to at the tyre place :)

Good weekend of drifting, can't believe we got the sun. Hope the scots put on a good show!! o.0

I did feel Stu (Yellow FC RX7) was robbed though, with a pass in the first run with the boy in the Skyline folding under pressure, then the boy spinning in the 2nd run I still don't get why it went "one more time"? Any clarification? I know Stu was over the moon with his 3rd though :)

The other thing would be a little more info from the man on the mic. At no point did he say which groups were competing and for what positions. Which made us wonder who was doing what.

See you at the next one though! :)

Hi,
I am glad to hear overall you had a good weekend ,
As far as Stu goes we did ask about the scoring and even Adam in the skyline had asked how he won and the official word from the judges was he was stopping him transitioning and was forcing him off like the BDC judging you loose points for over aggressive driving, for more info on that you are more than welcome to ask the judges via facebook just look them up they have said its fine too.
Our man on the mic bless him it was his first event the mic was crap so he could not talk to the drivers as he had planned , He did have info about the drivers but not enough time to get it out there at rnd 2 he will have another man joining him so they can have a bit more banter so it will be easier for them and he will be kept more up to date about running times and any changes .
look forward to seeing you all back again . You Scottish lads really know how to drift very well . :)

Thanks for the clarification Jennifer.

I can understand being on the mic is a tough job, especially on you're own. :)

Just thought you'd appreciate some feedback from a spectator point of view.

See you at the next one.
