Ive no idea what you mean, but its just a centrifugal supercharger, been around since before even turbos were invented.
Belt driven supercharger, but the compressor is a wheel like a turbo.
More efficient than a rootes style charger, and takes up less room, but gives far less midrange torque than either a positive displacment style charger or a turbo.
But on cars that are seriously traction limited, like a V8 RX7, thats an advantage.
A Veyron is 550bhp per ton, a Procharged or Turbocharged LS3 in a FC, even on stock internals, would be more than that.

Thats Pawlak's car when it had the 'show' wheels on for SEMA last year. No it doesn't run that low - in fact it was damn near impossible to get it into the show hall that low!
