Team 307 BDC build

looks great dude this build is so epic its unreal. im doing lexan glass on my front windows. how is that attached in any better pictures. love the door cars mine should be going like that. have you just used an aluminum sheet and bent the edge over at the top to give a smooth finish.

thanks

The lexan windows on the front doors i fabricated a tubular internal frame to hold them i also used a aluminium angle to strengthen the door internaly. I was going to use carbon fiber then fell away at the price of a sheet so its just thin aluminium that ive bent on the edge to get a smooth finish. The carbon wrap is optional! i like it

Ill try and get better pictures of inside the door card this weekend i copyed the wire lock from polos team falkon g35 build seams to work ok

It's getting there dude so close too finished now but it would appear the map sensor on my d jetro pfc has died so I need either one if these or a fd3s one too get me up and running with minimal fucking about :(

And it also appears my pull cables for the extinguisher are not long enough :(

Yea i had to buy longer pull cables as well, is it a pain to get a map sensor for the power FC expencive?

They appear too be easy enough too get hold of and there 130 plus shipping

Where did you get longer pull cables from is there somewhere local they an be purchased

Awesome build mate and some excellent attention to detail :) can't believe I've only just seen this thread! Keep up the good work :)

Compare the R32 N1 water pump to the R33 N1 water pump and you find there is a difference. Most people will buy the R33 version as it is cheaper apparently. The R33 pump will fit the slightly different r32 block you just have to plug it up with more sealant.

R33 is on top with the elongated hole

Teething problems:

. Power steering high pressure hose failed so have had to make a new fitting for it
. N1 water pump leaked "every day is a school day"
. O and I need to wire in a warning light to the alternator to make it work "school boy error"

On the dyno we maxed out the injectors at 95% with 1.3bar boost achiving 450HP, once again one of the drawbacks of being new to this fuel injection tuning i didnt get big enough injectors.

The good news is that there is planty of room for more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Performance HQ did a cracking job and we delt with a few issues including the lift pump not getting enought fuel to the main pump.

Extra thanks to my pal matthew aka Flex for the help at the dyno
