Reference the 'threatening behaviour', wasn't intended as such. Just making it known that I aint in the mood for little scroats getting any ideas of knocking on my door.

My point is, I've tried to go about this using the legal route and have just been backed into a corner and given no choice.

FLOYD Please, please, please get a solicitor involved; and don't bin this one, then we can sort this shit out.

I'm sure I've seen a smiley eating popcorn somewhere...

Looks like disgraceful behaviour from here.

Interesting read.
What happened up to todays date, did this goto court??

Ha, no mate. wouldn't be so rude, would sort of be talking about my own family there if that were the case, and they aint scroats......a bit 'Twin Town' maybe but not scroats.

I just want either my money or my car.

Not sure where the 'bull' on my side comes from though Julian???

Where did that come from?

Are you condoning this behaviour?

And where did that come from??? No way am I condoning this, but as stated before, two sides to this. If this is already going through legal proceedings then it shouldn't really be discussed on an open forum as it could harm the legal side of things.

Well by the sounds of it the legal side has come to a dead end, so looks like the guy is trying to get a response by posting publicly. Seems fair after 2 years waiting.

like i said, just like tescos, if a customer was un happy with the product, surely it is within the Companies interest - even pre-law jsut within common sence to have refunded him and sold the car on to someone else like they did,

i dont see the problem,

Car arrives not as described. customer not happy, company repays the money, and sells it on to someone else. just swallowing the fact that between them and there supplier there was a mistake and the product was not up to scratch.

I cant see the problem the issue or why anyone, with a decent scene of responsibility wouldn't have just done the right thing.

the only reason why they would have done the "wrong thing" was if the business did not have the money to pay the refund, which in turn is another error on there behalf.

going back to tesco's again..

so i return my TV to tescos and they say, sorry we cannot refund you we have no money?

either way weather Representatives of the company want to comment or not i dont think ill be dealing with anyone who wouldn't offer a refund for not only a faulted product but the wrong bloody one!!!!!

People wonder why the importing / drift scene has a bad reputation so they come on here to have a lookies what its all about

I agree totally with the point that this should still be going down the legal route, however the problem arises when the person being persued for a debt bury's their head in the sand, bins their solicitor and ignores every bit of correspondence sent to them by the others solicitor, then suddenly his mrs is claiming that it's her debt, suddenly everything is in 'her' name.

Get's even more complicated when she files for insolvency, the person then gets a large proportion of the debt written off and then offers to pay back the debters, lets say for example £1500 over a 5 year period for, which is pretty shit when the person is owe so much more, don't you think.

The thing is, banks and the like can just write it off, which for example we'll say that 3 did, however for the real people that's a lot of money to accept that you've lost.

It gets even more complicated when the agreed insolvency is forfeited, effectively the person who owes the debt then go's bankrupt, the business folds and then everyone loses. Unless you know someone who can re-establish the business under a different name, thouh I supose that would take money to achieve and £500 per as an employee probably won't get you very far.

Just remind me again what the state of play is with SEVERNSIDE IMPORTS?

(I'm not in any way having a dig or making fun at company's that have fallen foul to the financial climate, far from it, but I'm just interested to know where and how they currently stand as a company?)

like i said 2 sides to every story , and most of youre side is bull, all this slanorous nonsense and threats will be passed on to my solicitors , any one who knows me knows the full story about this car, i have nothing to prove by getting in to childish arguments on this forum ,,

If this is true and tbh your not making a very good argument at defending yourself then you should be ashamed of yourself:no::no:

Robbing of somebody thats bravely thought for his country and being injured doing so is extra wrong
